Ich habe gestern von J.P. Kotter folgendes Email bekommen – wo er um Feedback zu seinem neuen Ansatz der “Zwei Systeme” bittet – wer hat Erfahrung mit diesem Ansatz und wer möchte hier die Diskussion aufnehmen?:
Dear Ignaz,
No doubt you have heard me talk about how much faster the world is changing today. It is clear that the speed is increasing and that change is happening more rapidly than many organizations can respond.The book I’ve been working on – due to be out next spring – addresses all of this. But the book publishing process doesn’t move fast enough for me, so I have put some of my observations to video.
